At PBM Automation we are very proud of our high output Universal Rifle Packaging 15000 machine. This 5 feeders multiple calibers automatic and computerised machine can pack up to 15000 rounds per hour, in 50-count ammunition plastic trays and external cardboard individual boxes. The 50 rounds boxes are delivered orderly on a side table (supplied with the machine) where a single operator can pack them in the 1000 or 2000 rounds UN boxes or metal cans. The UPKG 15000 can serve up to 4 lines of UP4000 and UL4000 Rfile priming and loading machines, making the whole process of ammunition assembly and packaging very economical and viable also for small enterprises. For 20-count plastic trays and boxes the machine has to be set up at order and cannot be user-defined at a later stage.
